Bordeaux Apartments Rental Prices & Payment Terms

• Minimum booking duration 3 nights
• Deposit of 30% required at the moment of reservation.  In the event that the reservation date is less than 6 weeks before the date of stay, the full balance will be due to secure the reservation.
• Balance of 70% due 6 weeks prior to date of stay.
• In the event of cancellation: Refund will only be given in the event of re-booking(with the exception of an administration fee of €75).
• Payment is accepted in Euros by cheque or bank transfer.
• Payment can be accepted in UK sterling by cheque or bank transfer at the current exchange rate, at the time of booking.
• Credit Cards are welcome via the Paypal system, however a surcharge of 3% will be added to cover charges incurred.
• A security deposit of €300 (or as advised), will be required at the time of balance payment. This will be refunded in whole or in part (normally within 14 days of your return home, after the property has been checked). All breakages, losses and telephone charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
• A cleaning service can be arranged at €15 per hour.
• Additional bed linen and towels can be provided at €15 per head.
