Gambetta, just a couple of minutes walk into the thriving 'shopping
centre' of Bordeaux. Conveniently located in a quiet street, it is also just a short walk from the famous Jardin Public, a beautiful
city centre park covering 14 hectares.
The
apartment is situated on the first floor of a character stone
building, typical of the city. In total it is approximately 75m²
and is very spacious in terms of room sizes. Upon entering the
apartment there are two sizeable hallways, which lead off to the
following rooms.

ample fitted wardrobe space. There is also a hand basin in this
room. Leading off from the master bedroom is a study/dressing room
with an internal window leading into the hall. The study measures
3.58m x 1.35m (4.8m²).
